Luke
Luke has been working in the construction industry since 2007. Having worked his way up from labourer to project manager he has a wide range of experience in all aspects of construction site work.
Begining his construction career working on Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport Luke started learning about architectual glazing and cladding. After progressing to become a fixer and completing his NVQ in window fixing, Luke has worked for various fixing companies on the South Coast working on a variety of jobs including Whiteley Shopping Centre, Aldi Gosport and Farnborough Airport.
As Luke developed his career to become site supervisor he completed his SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) he then became a site manager completing his SMSTS (Site Manger Safety Training Scheme).
Luke has also completed his First Aid at Work, IPAF and NVQ in Work Supervision.
A keen DIYer Luke has completed many jobs on his own home, including kitchen fitting, door hanging, window fitting, floor laying, painting and decorating, stud wall building, tile fitting. He then began completing jobs for friends and family.
At the end on 2022 Luke began setting up LD Home Maintenance to offer handyman services covering all aspects of home maintenance and home improvements then in February 2023 leaving his employed role to run LD Home Maintenance full time.
In his spare time Luke enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, watching formula 1 and going to the cinema.
